Electronic Giving

WPC offers direct giving by means of an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from your bank to the church’s bank on a monthly basis through Hubbard Press (affiliated with the Presbyterian Church USA). The EFT option is preferred over PayPal because the transaction fee is much smaller.

Through Hubbard Press, your monthly giving is withdrawn from your account on the 21st of every month. You can still direct your gift accordingly – to the operating budget or to Pay It Forward (the mortgage/building fund) or both. A number of households already use direct giving, and it works very smoothly.

If you would like to use this service, complete this form and bring it to the church office for processing. Our financial secretary will set up the account on your behalf. All communication is kept in confidence and is not shared with the pastors, session, committee members or anyone else. The EFT is a bank to bank transfer, thus protecting personal data. Records of EFT direct giving are kept by WPC’s financial secretary, just as they are now.

Another option for your consideration is the Online Bill Pay feature which may be offered by your bank. You can still bring your envelope to church when you attend worship…it’s fine that it will be empty!
