Sunday School

Sunday School at WPC

Sunday School opportunities are available for all ages 9:15-10:05 AM from September to May. The Sunday School at Wildwood Presbyterian Church seeks to encourage students to learn the basics of the Christian faith, to lead students to make the Christian faith their faith, and to encourage the students to practice their faith in their daily lives. In all of our programs, we seek to:

- Recognize all students as children of God and that children are gifts from God;

- Encourage Bible literacy, as the Bible is the primary source of knowledge about God and Jesus Christ;

- Provide an age-appropriate curriculum in an environment that is safe, conducive to learning, open to questions, fun, exciting, and where students are loved for who they are;

- Encourage regular Sunday School attendance and life-long participation in the Christian education process;

- Assist in fulfilling the baptismal vows made by parents and the congregation, "to love, encourage, and support you, to share the good news of the gospel with you, and to help you know and follow Jesus Christ."

Online CE Registration Form Download CE Registration Form Single Event Form Tell Me About Your Child

Register your children and youth for Children’s Worship, Sunday School, Youth Choirs, and Youth Group, by filling out the online CE Registration Form, printing and filling out the CE Registration Form, or use the single event registration form if you plan to come to a single event.

One form is all you have to fill out for your whole family, just once a year!  This serves as permission to participate, permission to treat in a medical emergency, and provides current information about allergies or medical concerns of which we need to be aware, and the most current contact information so that you can be reached when needed.

All parents are encouraged to fill out at least the medical information part of the form so that we are aware of important information regarding your child.  However, registration is not required for participation in any Sunday morning program (Children’s Worship or Sunday School). Registration is required for any youth group trips offsite or any mid-week program such as Wild Puppet Company. If you are bringing a friend to an offsite youth group activity, download the CE Registration Form and have the parent sign it as the permission slip.

Parents are also encouraged to fill out our new "Tell Me About Your Child" form. This is a convenient way to confidentially communicate to your child’s teachers important information about how your child learns best, what upsets and soothes your child, and any special needs that your child might have. Our new ministry to parents and children with special needs strives to welcome all to learn about God and participate in the life of the church. Let us know what we can do to help!
